We must really like living in Chaos! So often as humans, we KNOW what makes us feel better and what our bodies need but we choose to do the opposite. The main things that come to mind are eating junk food, working out, and most important to me, meditation (others include over drinking and undersleeping). Almost DAILY I find myself saying "this would be a great place/time" to meditate; that's about as far as I get. I can spend hours aimlessly wandering around the internet on my phone, but putting my phone down and closing my eyes for 10 minutes seems like an impossible task. When I meditate, my day slows down, I become more present, I find myself being more appreciative and often more productive. That being said, I'm gonna finish this blog post, put my phone down, and get 10 minutes of Namaste in.
