Invented something new in the kitchen today! Might have to add it to my steady rotation.
Ingredients: TJ's Cauliflower Rice, Red Onion, Organic Carrots, Black Beans, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Coconut Oil & Eggs.
How To: Sautée diced red onions, chopped carrots, a half can of black beans and a healthy dose of cauli rice in coconut oil. Add Turmeric and Garam Masala to taste. Mix it up then add 2 sunny side eggs on top w/ cracked pepper. (make sure to mix the egg yolk in with the rice!)
EASY EASY EASY AND SO DAMN GOOD!
