One of the biggest life gains I’ve experienced in the last 2 years is a new sleep schedule! Early to bed early to rise. I never understood morning people but now that I consider myself one of them I’m reaping all the rewards. I drink my coffee, go for a hike, make a smoothie, do some writing, read the news and stretch all before I used to even wake up.
Getting that all out of the way allows me to jump into work focused and relaxed. I’m more efficient for sure, I’ve always worked better when the sun is out so this gives me ample amount of that, especially in LA. I usually finish before the sun sets and can enjoy my evening and get a comfortable nights rest without be anxious about what I failed to accomplish today.
